This is an explanation regarding the exported cargo.
The actual cargo received had increased 28% from the information we had in advance.
This was due to added equipment that was separately packed.
However, it is not possible to change to a 40-feet open top (OT) container.
The reasons for this are the costs for chartering a crane truck and low-floor trailer, and that an OT container is not suitable for poor weather conditions.
We addressed these problems by packing the cargo in a very compact manner.
We successfully packed the cargo in a 40-feet high cube (HC) container, which will protect the cargo.
This should reduce importing expenses on your end by half.
We have a proposal in this regard. We would like you to use the packing company we appointed in Japan to unpack the container. Specifically, we would like you to have the import procedures done by the Sankyu BKK branch, who are familiar with the state of the cargo. This would also make the process consistent for you.
This would also further improve safety, which leads to further cost reduction.
Please consider using Sankyu.
