Please excuse my delay in sending a response email.
We are pleased to inform you pre information and schedule..
9/12(M): Your order(cargo) has been delivered to a warehouse designated by the shipping company.
Upon storage, mandatory visual inspection and explosives inspection will be conducted.
9/13(T): If the inspection results indicate no problems,
we will be issued a storage slip,
based upon which we will make the packing list.
9/14(W) : The shipping company should contact you at the same time.
The nomination of your aircraft will be decided in accordance with the FOB agreement.
Once we receive notice of the airline and flight,
we will write these down to complete the export declaration.
The day after the declaration we will obtain an export permit and send the order by flight on your selected aircraft.
9/15(T): FLIGHT
For your reference, flights on the air routes for India used by Nippon Express depart weekly on Tuesdays,
Fridays and Saturdays. With the goods stored in the warehouse on Monday,
the earliest available flight will be on Thursday.
