As I said, it will not be easy for us to explain this matter to our Japanese managers since we believe that the work you did is basically part of the engagement we have with you.
And if your saying that OT has been rendered to finish FS and for the necessary revisions, that is because we agreed that FS should be done every 15th of the following month but most of the time we fail to comply on that - and we do give consideration.
But if you have to render OT to finish the reports then you will bill us, I think that we are not and can no longer put that into consideration.
So honestly speaking, as our Manager's decision we will not shoulder/pay for the OT charges that you bill.
