A. Social/Cultural Visit Visa
This visa is valid for two months stay and can be extended once in a month, up to four times; at the nearby Immigration Offices in Indonesia.
To apply for this visa, the Applicant must send these following documents to BIPA Office via post or email two (2) months before the program started:
1. Application letter
2. Letter of Statement
3. Photocopy of the Applicant’s Diploma, Transcript, and Academic Certificate
4. Photocopy color of Applicant’s valid Passport (minimum valid date 12 months when the Applicant is applying for Social/Cultural Visit Visa)
5. One recent passport photograph (3×4 cm),
6. Payment receipt For
• Tuition Fee
• Registration Fee
• Placement Test (Optional)
BIPA Office will issue a recommendation letter/ Invitation letter for Applicant to obtain a social/cultural visit visa. This letter will be sent directly to the Applicant via email or post.
With this recommendation letter, Applicant can apply Social/Cultural Visit Visa at the Indonesian Embassy.
