01/10/14 – PT Peng Yap started dismantling of anechoic chamber room
08/10/14 – First batch of glass wools was taken out of the company with FGA
approval
10/10/14 – PT Peng Yap reported that the glass wools has been disposed
13/10/14 – 6 representatives from Tanjung Piayu came to PIDSG-BT to complain
about illegal dumping of toxic waste in their residential area
13/10/14 - 3 FGA members and 1 PT Peng Yap members visited the dumping site in
Tanjung Piayu and confirmed the contents was glass wools material.
14/10/14 – FGA members reported the matter to FGA Supervisor. Immediately, FGA
Supervisor stopped all disposal of glass wools and kept it in PIDSG-BT.
20/10/14 – Ho SW, Victor Lim, Prihtiono, Gugun and Monang convened an urgent
meeting. Mr. Ho instructed FGA to stop disposal of all FGA wastes.
21/10/14 – PT Peng Yap engaged PT Desa Air Cargo to clear the glass wools from
dumping site
01/12/14 – All laboratory test result confirmed that the Glass Wool does not contain
any Asbestos, TCLP tests are within the Lampiran 2 requirements and
LD50 test found it to be practically non toxic
