It is important that we are able to positively identify our customers to comply with both regulatory requirements and to help ensure the security of accounts. We call this process KYC or Know Your Customer.
KYC is a two-step process and there are a number of quick and easy options available to you to complete this. You can view these options by logging into your account, going to Services in the top right corner of our website, clicking on Members, choosing My Account and selecting Know Your Customer. You will then need to complete one check from Step 1 and one check from Step 2.
If the KYC process is not completed before 04/03/2016 14:33:32, certain restrictions will be applied to your account. However, you will still be able to complete verification online after this date in order to enjoy full access to your account.
