When it comes to the Security query, please be informed that the resort has 24 hours Security assistance and particularly two colleagues are always standing next to the elevators. Their task is to ask to all of our guests their room numbers and their names. This is not related at all with the Dress Code, Nationality or which rapport our guests have; this is merely a safety matter, in order to ensure the people who goes upstairs it is indeed staying with us.
