VII. Force Majeure
Force Majeure means circumstances and conditions beyond the control of either Party that would render it impossible for either the Contractor or the Subcontractor to fulfil their obligation under this Agreement. If a Party is unable to perform its obligations as a result of force majeure, performance on such obligation shall be excused during the period of force majeure. Such Party shall immediately give written notice to the other Party of the date of inception of the force majeure condition and to extent to which it will effect performance. After thirty (30) days continuously of force majeure affecting the Subcontractor’s performance, the Contractor may cancel this contract in whole or in partial.
