These statements are for all of us to pay attention to: If we expect to get additional business or retain business, we need to quote and it needs to be done in a timely manner. If you are the salesperson responsible for support, you need to be pushing for responses and looking after your inquiries. If you are performing a support role for the sales person (i.e. quotations, lead time, etc.), you need to take these inquiries seriously and process in a timely manner. We are responsible to each other and to the customer. Our business goal is to grow the business and we need everyone’s cooperation to do so.
