I was not aware that there was no manufacturing stateside but have established sources of supply both in the USA and overseas.
It was interesting and I learnt a bit more about their business operations and what they were seeking is feet on the street and quick results. Their ideal candidate I guess maybe someone from the competitor and based on my experience converting customers away from the competitors is possible once you have a complete understanding of competitor positioning and pros and cons and simultaneously the advantages and limitations of your own products/services. On a parallel path seeking new applications, use in emerging technologies but all of this takes time and strategy.
