A. Modeling Wind Gusts
The effect of wind on quadrotor flight control can be
significant and can lead to instabilities. In order to improve
the positioning performance of the quadrotor, wind effects
can be modeled and the generalized wind forces can be
estimated. The wind estimate is used to reject the external
disturbances created by the wind and gust effects.
