As we have been informed, your company was contacted by Prettl, and they offered you delivery of horns from Hungary, after Truck-Lite has closed the business.
We were really shocked, when we heard that they approach our customers without our authorization.
You are very much concerned, and we too, that Prettl may not meet the obligations for delivery of horns to Truck-Lite, especially regarding the volumes that we agreed for buffer stock.
Consequently, this will jeopardize the change process to Seger than, and you have no other choice than to buy the horns from Prettl.
That's why Mr. Utsuki several times insists to receive our guarantee to supply the requested buffer stock. Today, as you understand, nobody can guarantee what Prettl will do, but we have a legally binding delivery contract with them. I cannot believe that they may break it.
Tomorrow I'll have a meeting with our Managing Director Mr. Pfingsten. I have informed him about the Prettl issue and ask for his support. We will inform you about next steps after this meeting.
It will be very heplful, if you forward the e-mail that you received from Prettl, to me.
