1.Recent horn maker BHG has closed order and buffer stock is applied until December 2016.
TLE planned the buffer stock OEM Trumpet horn ISUZU 36000set & FUSO 9000set. Others do not have any buffer stocks.
DISC horn 099402/403-A will be lacking around February 2016.
HKT forced to change to new Disc Horn. So HKT requested to MR.CANBEY to send samples 20set
& 3D CAD data for after market horn. (3D CAD data for ISUZU & FUSO has already received)
Sample priority is 099402/403-A, ISUZU & FUSO and aftermarkets.
HKT will accept it until October 16, 2015. Then HKT development investigate samples,
and HKT Sales will suggest to change all horn to new horn to customer immediately. (The limit is as December 2016)
2.HKT has a few choices to change new horn supplier.
SEGER is one of HKT choices. It means HKT has not yet decided new horn supplier to SEGER.
Because currently SEGER’s horn is over limit of the shape versus customer’s truck space.
3.Request to consider to change SEGER’s horn shape within customer's truck limit
HKT gave MR.CANBEY 3D space data for installing horn to customer’s truck.
Because currently SEGER’s horn is over limit of the shape versus customer’s truck space.
If HKT request to SEGER to shape changing, SEGER is able to meet HKT’s requirement flexibly
(But we have to consider to development & tooling cost)
4.SEGER’s horn testing report until October 16, 2015.
MR.YAMAZAKI & MR.TAKAHASHI requested MR.CANBEY testing reports until October 16, 2015.
They did not request new data, Having record is available. So MR.CANBEY will send it to HKT until October 16, 2015.
Testing contents are forwarded from MR.ARMIN to MR.CANBEY. It has been published to HKT also.
