In the USA only one machine is at a customer, it arrived 1 month ago from our showroom,. The others are in the showroom. Service is involved. We have sent 3 people to training in Sauer for LT 65. I think that the biggest issues is unlike regular cutting machines. Issues are not clearly service or applications, but a combination of both Greg’s ASI team also does some work to as they have good contacts in Sauer. Sometimes better than service. We will send a Hotliner to Sauer week 29 and 30.
