By now you've probably heard about "Heartbleed," a security flaw recently discovered in some open Internet infrastructure. On Monday, April 7th we learned of this Heartbleed vulnerability, which impacted Amazon load balancers. This issue was patched in less than a day.
Your documents, and the credentials used to connect to your storage providers, are completely safe and were never at risk from this vulnerability. Likewise, you billing information is safe and was never exposed to this vulnerability.
We have no information suggesting that any login information was accessed, but we do recommend changing your CloudOn password to eliminate any potential vulnerability.
