I have analysed the log files of the bellavista MB104899 and haven't found anything unusual so far. But please kindly note that a not responding touch screen wouldn’t be visible directly in the logs as a log entry based on a touch interaction will be generated only if recognised by the user interface software.
I would recommend to perform a touch screen calibration and then carefully check the response of the touch screen afterwards using the test application in the service level (service screen #7 Display/User Input > Test touchscreen).
If the touch screen is not responding properly, I kindly ask you to record a short video showing the problem for further analysing.
