When we start making something new system like maintenance, proposal from Mtn. Team (PIC) is less and not concrete. (unclear 5W2H)
So they can’t execute effectively without propose/support from Japanese.
In addition to that, education with strong patient from Japanese/BUH during daily Manufacturing meeting & weekly Maintenance meeting will lead to make PDCA cycle around.
In the mid/long term, sharing/getting ISO/FSSC/PRP seems to be effective to improve the reliability of quality and machines.
