Admission Procedures
Student who wish to study in Unud should fill in application form for international study. The form is available in our website and can be downloaded here. You also need to attach the following documents to support your application.
Curriculum vitae
Letter of statement of financial guarantee or sponsorship
Academic transcript and a copy of your certificates
Copy of your current passport
Letter of statement that you will comply with all regulations concerning foreign student.
Letter of statement that you will not take any employment in Indonesia
Health certificate.
Recent colored passport photograph one copy each of the size 3×4 and 4×6.
Reference letter from two referees
The application form together with the supporting documents are submitted to International Office Udayana University at the following address:

International Office will process your application and upon completion of review by the relevant departments, we will write to advise you with the status of your application. If your application is successful, we will issue recommendation letter to our embassy in your country to support your application for visa entering Indonesia.
Tuition Fees
Fees for international study is subject to regular review therefore please contact International Office for the current fee status. You can contact us by email at international_office@unud.ac.id or call us on +62 361 255316. However, for guideline only, the tuition fee for one semester short course study varies from 1000 to 2000 US dollars depending on the field of study. Student will also pay registration fee of 50 USD. An air port transfer can be arranged but subject to 25 USD fee.
