Per your request - since we do not receive the damaged units back to NZ - yes - we do require photographs of the affected boxes showing the labels and damage to the boxes.
You don’t have to send a lot - only a few would be helpful - up to 3 max per complaint report reference, if this would help you.
Please understand that we require this for our investigation and proof of the damage that had been sustained - whether during transit or other. We appreciate your ongoing efforts with this :)
