a) Supply frozen tuna from Sabah,Malaysia.-
- JV with B-Line.
- will set-up 3 factory/warehouse with cold room in Sabah at Labuan,semporna and sepanggar in month of May.
- Our government will issue license to catch tuna in Sabah if we interested.

b) Fishing tuna in Indian Ocean.

As requested by Mr. Murayama, (President of Yamabishi,) on fishing of tuna in Indian Ocean..below is incentive from our government ;
1)
a) tax-free for tuna fishing operator.
b) tax-free for tuna processing factories.
c) Investment Tax Allowance.
d) Corporate tax allowance/pioneer status.
e) Re-investment tax allowance.
f) income tax-free incentives
g) approval for vessel/carrier to land at any port under IOTC area.
h) flexibilty for license renewal.
i) increase vessel license period to 3 years.
j) package approval for vessel and carrier.
k) preparing special fund for tuna industry.
l) Allow foreign equity IN THE COMPANY 51%;49%.

2) Our government and IOTC allow catching/fishing tuna in Indian Ocean using Purse Seine. (as requested by Mr. President.)
pls lt us know which type of method that mr president want to catch tuna in indian ocean..so that my company can prepare the Permit.Currently our company has Rawai method..15 license/permit.
