material (just leave in blank) and then adjust
the input in detail of material data. Please do
not make repetitive input for same material.
3. To input the analysis result on Additional Input
Detail.
4. To explain the conclusion of final product’s
expiry period (.... year)
5. To upload the specification :
a. margarine, cheese cream complete with the
ingredients composition, if contains food
additive please describe name and food
additive value
b. egg, milk powder complete with country of
origin description, please input on detail of
material data.
c. modified starch with the ingredients
6. To upload :
a. statement letter on 6000 rupiah stamp of duty
from PT YAMAZAKI INDONESIA declares Non
GMO Final Product if the product does not
contain GMO
b. GMO/Non GMO bread improver description
from material supplier
d. description of the origin of enzyme and
emulsifier material in bread improver and then
adjust the input on detail of material data
7. To put value of each food additives in bread
improver or attach and upload the ORIGINAL test analysis result for :
a. Sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate,
b. Diacetyltartaric and fatty acid esters of glycerol
in final product
8. Label :
a. to change My Roti trade name
b. please remove:
- Japan quality (kualitas Jepang)
- Halal logo
d. please input:
- ING table in accordance with the calculation
result
- composition in accordance with the uploaded
data from the biggest amount
- to revise the writing on composition :
