This is really confusing – or at least to me it is.
As everyone knows, Meopta has provided drawings and they are not going to change them to HOYA material at this point. Further as far as I understand, we were only provided a rough estimate as a quote.
If HOYA wants to secure additional customers/orders, we need to be able to work with customers and provide quotations in a timely manner. In this case, we’ve done neither. We cannot demand that the customer changes their drawing in order for us to quote and no one would change a drawing without a clear understanding of the cost impact.
In conclusion, shall we assume that the MO group has no interest in this inquiry?
