Specially designed by our engineers and machined in the Great White North, these testers are the result of months of in-house development and represent a considerable investment. As such, they take their place on the manufacturing line very seriously. But that’s because they have a lot to do: The hub tester centers on the electro-mechanical features of each Wheel—running firmware checks, motor testing, sensor calibrations, and mechanical integrity inspection. The wheel tester zeroes in on the physical performance and configuration of each Wheel, from speed to wheel size. Together, these end-of-the-line testers act as our manufacturing gatekeepers, ensuring the Wheel’s quality throughout its entire range of functions.
In short, your Wheel will be robot tested and approved well in advance of your first spin around the block. Don’t be jealous, it was in good “hands.”
