You filled the claim case and included some of the requested documents but we are missing the following mandatory document(s):
Credit card statement showing charge by car rental supplier
You can simply send us the documents by replying to this email.
Upon receipt, we will act fast to handle your claim and if coverage conditions are met, claim refund will be accepted and a notification email will be sent to you within 14 working days. Still, we may ask for further documentation/information if one or more documents are unclear. In this case, the claim might not be handle within 14 working days.
In any case, we will continually inform you about the time frame resolution and status of your claim.
