Goal: You must foster two staffs (Mr. Jeerasak and Ms. Chonlada) to do production plan by the next production meeting.

2) Task: To take positive participation in getting TS-16949 certification
Goal: You must lead and teach two staffs (Mr. Jeerasak and Ms. Chonlada) to complete all of documentation in your department for getting TS16949 certification.
Due date: December 23, 2016
Evaluation Results:
Judgement: Achievement Ratio 83%, Grade B (Pass)

Evaluation results shows you have a potential talent to improve your performance, however, as of today it still doesn’t meet company’s expectation satisfactorily because we expect your performance as Production manager. Company made a decision to give you probation of additional three months for accomplishment of task-1 and task-2. Anticipated achievement level of those tasks is as follows.
1) Task-1: You must educate your subordinates to create production plan by themselves.
2) Task-2: You must lead your subordinates, and work together with our QC staff for events related to TS16949 certification.
After monitoring your performance, company will evaluate your performance again on April 7th, 2017.
