I have discussed the situation with our engineers. Unfortunately, they are still analysing this issue. They are on to something but the isolation of the exact root cause is still in progress and will take some more time. I expect to be able to provide you our analysing report by the end of next month. Actually, we are still trying to reproduce the problem with different tests here in our lab. We assume that the root cause is related to the long running time. Therefore we have to run long-term tests to analyse the effect of each and every parameter change. As you can imagine, this makes the whole procedure very time consuming. At the moment, different tests are running in parallel to analyse different potential root causes. I will send you first results as soon as we have any signs for a specific cause.
