There’s no claim from our customer, but we only want to inform you since customer gave us information that they can buy it as one unit (already installed in factory as one unit). It’s possible that maybe they buy directly from Japanese company in Japan.
Yes, we order separately and our technician can installed it but…we can not make the Fuji packaging box with English language information, right?
We are not claim anything Miyase san, we just only want to share information to you.

Sorry, I had a day off yesterday...
Regarding this case, thank you for the information.
Our basic policy is "overseas = SC + TR ".
But unfortunately, there are some distributor in SEA who
cannot follow the policy because they are a type
of distributor who can only sell " exactly same model type"
to customer. So, what customer saying might be true.
But, we believe DFE is not that type of distributor,
and that is why we don't include SW type in the price list.
(There are some but very few, right ?! )
